THE LEADER IN ME
The leader in Me is a whole school transformation approach where academics, culture, and personal leadership skills are integrated into our school. It teaches students both in and out of the classroom to excell academically, culturally, and in leadership roles. The Leader in Me process helps develop the essential life skills and characteristics students need in order to thrive the 21st century. The end goal is for a student to be ready for any leadership role once they leave our school. It does not only focus on students, but also the whol school is involved in the process from the top management, to the staff, and to the teachers. Parent are also involved in the Leader in Me process to maximize better outcomes. There are over 5,000 leader in Me school in all 50 states and in over 50 countries.
